A fertility treatment abroad raises questions: how does it work, how long does it take, and what does it cost? On this page you'll find the full journey day by day, plus all our pricing — transparent, with no surprises afterwards.
If you haven't started IVF/ICSI before, we'll ask you for three things beforehand:
Based on this, the IVF team in Istanbul draws up a personal treatment plan. You'll receive the medication prescription from us, so you can start hormone stimulation at home if you wish.
The standard journey in Istanbul takes 18 days. If you start hormone stimulation at home, you only travel on day 9 and stay in Turkey for about 10 days. We support both options fully.
With the 10-day journey, stimulation is monitored at home with ideally three ultrasound scans. The practice that performs them settles this directly with you.
During working hours we reply to your WhatsApp message within the hour. In the evening and at weekends the line is meant for emergencies — we respond as quickly as we can.
In Istanbul we arrange an interpreter for you, free of charge — in English, or in another language if you prefer. They go with you to your appointments, because the nursing and reception staff speak Turkish.
This is how the standard 18-day IVF/ICSI journey unfolds. With the 10-day option, you join in from day 9.
You fly to Istanbul together with your partner. Our driver takes you from the airport to your hotel, where you can rest and recover from the journey.
You meet your interpreter and the fertility clinic team. A vaginal examination and ultrasound are performed on the woman, after which hormone treatment begins.
You use the prescribed hormones and have a check-up at the clinic roughly every two to three days. The rest of the time is yours: relax, explore the city, enjoy yourself. Once the follicles reach the desired size, you'll get the dual trigger injection.
Exactly 36 hours after the trigger injection, the egg retrieval takes place at Acibadem Hospital, under light sedation. The eggs are combined with the sperm cells in the IVF laboratory.
While the embryologist closely monitors fertilisation and embryo development, you rest at your hotel. You're kept up to date daily on how your embryos are developing.
One or two of the best-quality embryos are transferred into the uterus. A short, painless procedure — and a special moment.
Our driver takes you to the airport for your return flight. About 10 days after the transfer, the pregnancy test can be done. We'll contact you to discuss the result, and keep supporting you up to week 12 of the pregnancy.
All amounts are in euros. You know exactly what the journey costs up front — we don't believe in hidden costs.
A correct and careful start to your journey, and one fixed point of contact for as long as it runs.
You book your own flights, from wherever you are. Everything from the moment you land we can arrange — or you arrange it yourself and take only the parts you want.
Tell us your dates and we prepare a quote for your situation.

You are in Istanbul for several days at a stretch, during a period that is tense whatever happens. So not a standard hotel room, but a generous suite with its own kitchen — and an indoor pool and wellness centre in the same building, for the hours between appointments. We work with one hotel: you know exactly where you will be staying, we know it inside out, and Acibadem Hospital is a twelve-minute ride.
A generous 54 m² suite with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area and separate bedroom. Indoor pool, wellness centre, library and roof terrace.
12 min from the clinic · 31 km from Sabiha Gökçen Airport
That is perfectly fine. Many couples book their own flights and hotel and take only the parts they want from us. Would you rather stay somewhere else, extend your stay or arrange something different? Let us know and we will prepare a personal quote.
